Eric Olivieri

Eric provides administrative support as the first line of communication for MIT’s Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation, and ensures all office operations run smoothly by using his knowledge of the Institute and other departments. He supports event coordination including planning and setup, as well as assisting with marketing and communications.

Before entering higher education, he worked as a telecommunications data analyst, ensuring accurate service and billing migration for customers. He provided training on the company’s intranet database, and became advanced in all provisioning operations.

Eric received a Bachelor’s degree in Media Production with a minor in Writing and Publishing from Emerson College. There he edited video projects and wrote one-act plays, short fiction, and screenplays including a TV spec script that was entered in the Austin Film Festival.
