Jonathan B. Green

Jonathan is a co-founder and Managing Director of Arcadia Funds, LLC, an investment management firm that focuses on opportunities in specialty finance. He has more than 35 years of experience spanning a range of advanced technology (both hardware development and software applications) and new business development (specifically in marketing, finance, and executive management).

Jonathan often acts as an advisor and strategy consultant to emerging technology companies and their CEOs. He is an active mentor with MIT Venture Mentoring Service and the Cyprus Seeds program. Previously, Jonathan was a Catalyst for the Skoltech initiative between MIT and the Russian Federation.

Jonathan is affiliated with Launchpad Venture Partners and was a longtime member of CommonAngels, having served on its Board of Directors, as well as on the boards of several of its portfolio companies. He was Chairman and CEO of HighPoint Systems, Inc., a market-leading, venture-backed, e-commerce infrastructure software company he founded in 1993. 

Jonathan was a long-time member of the Americas Executive Board advising the dean of MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He currently serves on the Advisors Council for the Boston-based WGBH Educational Foundation. His degrees include an MS in Management of Technology from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, PhD and MS degrees in applied physics from Stanford University, and a BS in physics from MIT. He holds six patents.
